1. The app

Hold & Spell is a fully offline word game provided by Smbdm Marketing, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). It requires no account and has no in-app purchases.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Hold & Spell on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by Apple's App Store terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the app's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its code or systems, or use it in any unlawful way. The app is provided for entertainment only.

4. Your data

The app stores your best scores only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can remove all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.

5. Availability and warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the app will be available or error-free at all times, although as an offline game its availability does not depend on our servers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the app or the law. Material changes are shown by updating the effective date above.
