The service

RoastSong AI is an entertainment app that uses artificial intelligence to generate humorous roast-style songs and music videos from photos you upload. Generated content is comedy. It does not represent our views. Features that rely on server-side processing or in-app purchases may change or be interrupted.

Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them to generate the roast you request. You represent that you have the right to upload those images and that they do not infringe others’ rights. Do not use the app to harass or bully people, and do not upload images of minors without parental consent.

Coins and purchases

Roasts spend coins. Cost scales with the number of 5-second video scenes you request (for example a 6-clip roast costs 499 coins under the current formula). Coin packs are consumable in-app purchases, not a subscription: 300 coins for $2.99, 1,000 for $7.99, 3,000 for $19.99, 6,000 for $34.99. Coins are deducted when a roast starts. Restore Purchases is in Settings. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s refund rules.

AI-generated content

Roast text, songs, and videos are generated by third-party AI models. Tone filters (Kids, PG-13, Adult) are best-effort. We cannot guarantee that every output stays inside the selected tone.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Processing times vary.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law requires otherwise.
