Demo with fictional people. Keys L, J and E work too.

From a plain-language brief to a real phone call

You explain the job the way you’d brief someone new on the desk. The agent does the dialing, and you decide how close you want to stay to each call.

    1. Build the agent

Name it, give it a personality and a script, and pick a voice. Describe the job in plain words, read the prompt VoxPilot writes from it, and save once it reads right.

    2. Place or answer the call

Call one contact or a selected group now, or schedule the calls for later. The agent can also answer inbound calls when you can’t get to the phone.

    3. Listen in or join

Watch each call move from ringing to talking. Listen in to hear it, join the call when it needs a person, or end it from wherever you are.

    What’s on the desk

The screens below are drawings, kept simple so you can see what each part of the app does. The names in them are made up.

    Agents and voices

Brief an agent like you’d brief a new hire

Give it a name, a personality and a script, then pick the voice it speaks in. Describe the job in plain language, something like “confirm this week’s cleanings and offer the next open slot to anyone who can’t make it,” and VoxPilot turns that into a prompt. You read the prompt before you save it.

Every prompt is wrapped in voice-safety rules, so the agent speaks the lines and leaves the stage directions alone. Keep one agent for reminders and another for sales follow-ups, each with its own voice.

    Live listen and join

The call stays yours while it’s happening

Call one contact or a selected group and watch each line on a live status board. Every call shows where it is, from ringing to talking to done.

When a call needs you, you’re one tap away from it. Listen in quietly, join the call and talk, or end it remotely if it’s going somewhere you don’t want it to go.

Connections that fail can be retried. Calls that reach voicemail can be flagged, so you can see at a glance who still needs a person.

    Hear it live

You hear both sides of the call as it happens, without stepping into it.

    Take over the conversation

Join the call from your iPhone when a customer wants a person, or the script runs out.

    Hang up from anywhere

End the call remotely. It still lands in History with its duration, status and transcript.

    Schedule and transcripts

Set the calls up once, then read what was said

Schedule a one-time call or a repeating one, for a single contact or a group. Every call lands in History with its duration, status and transcript. Contacts come in from your address book, you can add notes and photos, and each person keeps their own call log. When a transcript turns up something worth keeping, pull it into that contact’s notes.
