Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the data VoxPilot uses to provide AI phone-calling. VoxPilot is for adults 18 and over. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Information we collect

Account

• Email address used to sign in (one-time code; no password)
• Name you provide in the app

Contacts (only with your permission)

• Names, phone numbers, emails, and photos you attach

Call data

• Call audio and transcriptions
• Duration, timestamps, caller and recipient numbers, call status
• AI agent names, scripts, and voice settings you configure

Purchases and usage

• Credit purchases and balance (processed by Apple and RevenueCat; we do not store card numbers)
• Optional voice-provider API key if you paste one
• Crash and diagnostic logs, device type, and push token

How we use it

• To place and answer AI phone calls you start
• To show live status, transcripts, and history
• To bill credits and fulfill in-app purchases
• To prevent abuse and meet legal duties

We do not use this data for third-party advertising.

Third parties

These processors handle data only as needed for a feature you use:

• ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis (elevenlabs.io/privacy)
• Twilio — call routing (twilio.com/legal/privacy)
• RevenueCat and Apple — in-app purchases (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Vibecode hosting for the production backend

Permissions

• Microphone — listen in or join a call
• Contacts — import people to call
• Camera and photo library — optional contact photos, or if a site you open inside the app asks

Storage, security, retention

Data in transit uses TLS. Records are scoped to your account. Call recordings and transcripts stay until you delete them or delete your account. Billing records may be kept up to 3 years. Uninstalling the app removes local data on the device.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Delete your account from Settings in the app. Email support@smbdm.com; we aim to reply within 30 days.

Children

VoxPilot is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
