The service
VoxPilot is an AI phone-calling assistant for adults 18 and over. You create an agent; the app places or answers real phone calls on your behalf. You are responsible for every call placed on your account and for following local calling, recording, and consent laws.
Credits and purchases
Calls and SMS use a pay-per-use credit balance sold as consumable in-app purchases (500 / 2,000 / 5,000 credits). Credits are consumed as you use the service and are not unused-balance refunds except where Apple’s rules require. Payment is processed by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not use VoxPilot for spam, fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose. Do not impersonate a human if asked; the agent should identify itself as an AI assistant when asked.
